This is a lawsuit filed by Colonel Wilson in Federal court. The case number is 09-2098. If you have read
the page "Beat the law", then you should know that the constitutionally established governments in America are practically
unoccupied. The UNITED STATES is a federal corporation rather than government and was also incorporated in England in 1872.
All of the states have unlawfully made themselves into commercial entities by passing the Uniform Commercial code which also
makes themselves and the people unilaterally, unlawfully, obligated and subject to the Federal corporation by contract. This
is why you do not have any rights. They have all been contracted away to these unlawful commercial entities. This case is
to ask the court to make the UCC and its tenants unlawful contracts thus freeing the people. Because their is no constitutionally
established courts, this case has been filed in the Federal corporations court which unlawfully takes jurisdiction in Admiralty
law. The files below are pdf. SAVE THE FILES AND PASS THEM ON TO OTHER TO BE USED AS TEMPLATES. I'll try to keep all documents
updated as time goes by. Prayers are much requested from all.

10-20-2009 Judge Dawson's order to dismiss
As you can see in the judges order, he had dismissed my case in accordance with 28 USC 1915 (e) (2) (B)
(i) - (iii). This only concerns a suits in Forma Pauperis. I did not file the suit in Forma Pauperis. Wherefore there is grounds
to appeal.

10-26-2009 Judge Dawson's order to dismiss motion to modify for the second time. ???
According to USC 28 part 3, chapter 43, 636 (b) 1 (A), a judge cannot give authority to a magistrate to
involuntarily dismiss an action. Wherfore the judge and magistrate are in error.
11-27-2009 Mailed / filed this Appellant brief to the US 8th circuit court of appeals.
11-27-2009 Mailed / filed this motion for a restraining order.
The motion for the restraining order is because on 10-21-2009, one day after the Federal District court dismissed my
case, an Arkansas State trooper pulled me over and ticketed me for no tags. This was an attempt to intimidate me into not
pursuing my case. However, I filed for the appeal to the Circuit court, and the ticket was dismissed without trial.
On 4-12-2010, the Eight Circuit court vacated the District courts judgment to dismiss because the case was
not filed in forma pauperis as the district
judge claimed. However the motion for the restraining order was denied.
